Please read the following rental conditions carefully before reserving a car. By using our car rental service, you accept these conditions.
1.1 Car reservations are made through our platform. You must have a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card or other valid payment method.
1.2. Payment is made in advance when booking. Additional costs such as fuel, insurance or accessories are charged when the vehicle is returned.
2.1. All our cars come with basic insurance. Additional insurance can be added at will and for an additional fee.
2.2. When picking up the vehicle, a deposit is required, which is usually blocked on your credit card and returned when the vehicle is returned undamaged.
3.1. The vehicle can only be used in accordance with traffic regulations and rules.
3.2. It is not allowed to smoke in the vehicle or to transport pets, unless it is expressly allowed.
3.3. The vehicle returns with a full tank of fuel. Fuel costs that are missing when returning the vehicle will be charged at the current price.
4.1. Neograničena kilometraža dostupna je za većinu rezervacija. Međutim, za određene kategorije vozila mogu postojati ograničenja kilometraže.
5.1. The vehicle must return to the agreed location and time. Delay in returning the vehicle may result in additional charges.
5.2. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear. Any damage or defects must be reported when returning the vehicle.
6.1. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the conditions of the reservation.
7.1. Changes in the reservation may be possible subject to the availability of the vehicle and our conditions for changing the reservation.
8.1. All disputes arising from these conditions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction specified in the contract between us and the user.
